Description
Milford is an historic home that we extensively remodeled while maintaining all the exterior details. The kitchen was enlarged, combining two separate rooms to use space, style and utilities in a modern way. Credit goes to ABM Interiors for finish selections.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost two years since the completion of our project. We’ve been very pleased with the result. It’s improved our quality of life immensely. All the custom woodworking is still beautiful and the extra bedrooms and baths that you added have made the house really workable for our growing family. Thanks again for all the hard work!

Description
Institute is a modern house that was given a brighter look and more functional living spaces. The kitchen was opened up and given a new island. New display and entertainment cabinetry were built and a new office space was created upstairs.

We engaged Joe to manage the renovation of our home, and we were particularly nervous about having the project delivered on time as we were expecting a new baby shortly after the expected completion date. Joe delivered on time and for a cost that was lower than the original budget. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations.
