Description
This is an addition to the Albans home we originally built for the homeowners in 2013. The space was thoughtfully planned for efficiency and to easily tie into the current living space.

We used Joe to build our current residence in 2013 and again to build an addition in 2020. We will use Joe again when it’s time to build our next house. In the meantime, anytime someone asks me for a good residential builder, Joe is the first and only name I give them.

Milford utilized a generous attic space to create a third floor containing two bedrooms and a full bath.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost two years since the completion of our project. We’ve been very pleased with the result. It’s improved our quality of life immensely. All the custom woodworking is still beautiful and the extra bedrooms and baths that you added have made the house really workable for our growing family. Thanks again for all the hard work!
