Bathroom Renovation

Kipp Court

Bathrooms & Closet

Description

The Knipp Court project involved demolition down to the studs and the elimination of a large glass block window. The work was guided by the homeowner’s own design instincts which turned out gorgeous.

Also pictured are three secondary baths that were modernized and redecorated to varying extents including new plumbing and electrical fixtures, new tiles, and custom cabinetry.

Ridegly

Master Bath

Description

Ridegly involved the demolition of the tub and shower area with beauty and accessibility in mind. The homeowner provided all of the tile, plumbing, and granite selections and results speak for themselves.

Also pictured are a couple of small but fun exterior accents from the mind of architect Kevin Dahlstrand. The bench and address marker were custom made on-site using 3cm Azul Macaubins.

Testimonials from Happy Clients!

"We used Joe to build our current residence in 2013 and again to build an addition in 2020. We will use Joe again when it’s time to build our next house. In the meantime, anytime someone asks me for a good residential builder, Joe is the first and only name I give them."

Mrs. Pollock
"Joe is great to work with. He and his team worked well with our architect and designer. They were respectful to our neighbors, kept a clean job site and was transparent with finances. Joe was great with follow-up stuff after we moved in. Joe definitely has our recommendation and we will use him again for our renovation."
Mr. Scholtes
"Having retained Joe's services for multiple home remodeling and maintenance projects, I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a general contractor for a home build or remodeling project. Joe provides exemplary services across the board for communication, project management, and work product quality."
